The apartment central heat, the hot water, trash service, snow removal, and lawn care are all included in with your monthly rent.  The RIVERMIST APATMENTS are located on 55 - 57 Stevenson St. close to downtown Seneca Falls, Cayuga Lake State Park, and N.Y State Chiropractic College. Colleen is our property managers. Rents are from $575.00 to $725.00 per month with a years lease.
