Rivermist Apartments are located at 55 & 57 Stevenson Street in Seneca Falls, NY.
Each building contains 17 apartments:
- one bedroom
- one bedroom with den
- two bedroom apartments.
Included in the rent is heat, trash service, yard care and snow removal. Provided in each building is a well maintained coin operated laundry room. The two apartment buildings are set on 3.6 acres land with landscaped lawn and plenty of parking. All but three apartments in each building either have a balcony or patio for your outside enjoyment. We have an on site manager for our tenant’s convenience. Our buildings provide a peaceful environment with Cayuga Lake, N.Y.
